  • Profile: a User presentation containing information, categories, statistics and examples.
  • Chat: the in-app messaging feature for communication between Users.
3. What the Platform does
A direct connection tool for brands and creators.

infl.co.ke helps brands discover creators, review public profiles, compare audience information and start direct conversations.

The Platform supports profiles connected with Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, including UGC creators. The Operator is not a party to any collaboration agreement, does not negotiate creator fees and does not charge a commission on collaborations.

Public profile browsing is available without a paid subscription. Paid subscription features are not currently enabled for this deployment.

4. Eligibility and accounts
Requirements for using the service.

You must provide information that is accurate, complete and current. You may use the Platform only if you have the legal capacity required for the activity and are permitted to use online services under applicable law.

Sign-in uses a one-time code or link sent to your email address. You are responsible for access to that mailbox and for activity performed through your account.

You may request account deletion by using the account settings or contacting the Operator. The Operator may suspend or delete an account that breaches these Terms, applicable law or the rights of other Users.

5. Paid features and payments
Only applies when a paid feature is enabled.

No paid subscriptions or checkout features are currently offered on this deployment. If paid features are introduced, their price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before confirmation and this section will be updated.

6. Acceptable use
Conduct that is not allowed.

You must not:

  • scrape, crawl or copy Platform data using automated tools;
  • share account access or one-time codes with another person;
  • send spam, harassment, deceptive offers or unlawful content;
  • publish information that infringes another person’s rights;
  • attempt to bypass security or access another User’s account;
  • use creator contact information for a purpose unrelated to a genuine collaboration.
7. Chat and collaborations
Communication remains between the Users.

Users are responsible for the content of their messages and for agreements they make with one another. The Operator may review or retain messages when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, support or legal compliance.

The Operator does not guarantee a User’s identity, audience metrics, availability, content quality, payment or performance. Users must make their own checks and document their collaboration terms.

8. User content and intellectual property
Rights to profile and Platform content.

You are responsible for content you upload or publish and confirm that you have the rights needed to use it. You grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and process that content as needed to operate and promote the Platform.

The Platform’s software, design, text, branding and database structure belong to the Operator or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

9. Privacy and data protection
How personal information is handled.

The Operator processes personal information in accordance with applicable Kenyan data-protection law, including the Data Protection Act, 2019, as applicable to the service.

Information may include account and contact details, profile content, social profile links and public statistics, messages, security data, and payment or billing information where paid features are enabled. It is used to provide the Platform, secure accounts, support Users, facilitate communication and meet legal obligations.

Service providers may process information on the Operator’s behalf, including hosting, transactional email and payment providers where enabled. Information is not sold for marketing. Retention depends on the account relationship, operational needs and legal requirements.

To ask about access, correction, deletion or another data-protection matter, contact podpora@infl.cz. You may also contact the relevant Kenyan data-protection authority where applicable.

10. Cookies and analytics
Technical tools used by the Platform.

The Platform uses technically necessary cookies for authentication, session continuity and security. It may use limited operational analytics to understand reliability and feature usage. The Platform does not use advertising cookies to track Users across unrelated websites unless this policy is updated and any required consent is obtained.

11. Availability and liability
Important limits on the Operator’s role.

The Platform is provided as an online connection tool. The Operator does not guarantee continuous availability, the accuracy of User content, or the outcome of a collaboration. Planned maintenance, third-party outages and events beyond reasonable control may affect access.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost business or disputes between Users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Changes to these Terms
How updates are communicated.

The Operator may update these Terms when the Platform, security requirements, law or business model changes. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means that the updated Terms apply to future use.

13. Governing law and disputes
Applicable law and contact first.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, subject to any mandatory rights available to a User under applicable law. Users should first contact the Operator so the issue can be reviewed in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before a competent court in Kenya.

14. Contact
